Please Note: I am not the original requestor. This feature request was submitted by another community member in our former (now depreciated) community forum.
The current web-based chat support is not great. for example, if the dashboard is down, I’m unable to then access the chat feature to get support.
It would be great to integrate all the support offerings (live chat, issue board, pantheon on-call, and the premium “call us” number) into slack.
